What is a dead letter message?
A dead letter message is a message that cannot be delivered to its intended destination after multiple retry attempts. These messages are moved to a dead letter queue for manual inspection and handling. DeadLetterOps helps you manage, analyse, and resolve these messages efficiently.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No! The Developer plan is completely free with no credit card required. Team and Professional plans come with a 14-day free trial, also with no credit card needed upfront.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What Azure Service Bus features are supported?
DeadLetterOps supports dead letter queues from Azure Service Bus queues and topic subscriptions. We provide real-time monitoring, AI-powered similarity detection, and batch requeue/delete operations.
What happens if I exceed my message limit?
On the Developer plan, new messages beyond your limit will not be captured until the next month. We will notify you when you are approaching your limit so you can upgrade if needed.
What are MCP queries?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) queries allow AI assistants like Claude to interact with your dead letter messages directly. This enables powerful AI-driven analysis and troubleshooting of your message queue issues.
